Abstract Deadline: Friday, April 4, 2025

The first NSF ZEUS user meeting will take place in partnership with the 2025 LaserNetUS annual meeting. ZEUS is sponsoring a dedicated session at the meeting to showcase the recent ZEUS experiments. ZEUS users are encouraged to attend and present their work. The deadline to submit an abstract as well as the deadline for to apply for travel support have been extended to Friday, April 4, 2025. The registration deadline is June 20, 2025.
 

While the NSF ZEUS facility is separate from LaserNetUS program, we recognize that meeting fatigue and the associated time and costs are significant challenges in our community, often forcing people to choose between user facility meetings. Therefore, we are taking this step to minimize duplication and strengthen the ecosystem of researchers using mid-scale high-power laser facilities across the U.S. Due to ongoing uncertainties and budget challenges, we will confirm your attendance before announcing the technical program. This allows you to submit your abstract now and finalize your plans closer to the meeting.
